The G in ESG: What Does Great Governance Look Like in an Era of Stakeholder Activism?

With all the increased attention that is being paid to the environmental and social aspects of ESG, it can almost be possible to forget what the G stands for: Governance. At this year’s Character of the Corporation, we’ll explore what it means for boards to be great at governance, even as they navigate a host of emerging issues.
