The Character of the Corporation 2025

Is Your Governance Fit for Purpose in an Entrepreneurial World?

November 18, 2025  |  The University Club, New York City

LEAD WITH PURPOSE. GOVERN WITH CHARACTER.

“This was the best conference I've attended this year.”
Public company board member

If you have time for only one board event this year, make it The Character of the Corporation 2025.

In a world of rising uncertainty and constant disruption, boards must do more than oversee — they must lead with resilience, purpose and integrity. The Character of the Corporation is where today’s top public board members shape tomorrow’s leadership.

This event is essential for serving directors who understand that good governance demands strength of character, not just compliance.

Be in the room where purpose-driven leadership begins:

  • Equip yourself to govern in uncertain times with insights from the nation's leading directors and governance experts.
  • Participate in critical conversations about purpose, resilience, accountability and character.
  • Take away essential strategies to elevate your board service.

The Character of the Corporation 2025

Powering directors to lead with purpose. Shaping the future of corporate governance.

"I think that Character of the Corporation is the highest quality one-day event on governance."
— Public company board member

Our prestigious panel of directors is prepared to engage in a lively discussion on the matters and complexities of effective governance, courage, geopolitical conflict and crisis management, when everything seems to be a crisis.
